Families
BUYERS
When I work with families buying a home, they often debate where to place the Christmas tree or whether the back yard is large and flat enough to support a game of soccer after dinner. Home is in many ways synonymous with family memories, and it is an honor to be part of the home-buying process. Having four kids myself between the ages of 18 and 21, I can relate to the importance my buyers place on schools, proximity to after-school activities, and safety when choosing which neighborhood and home is best for their family. Please visit the school section of my website featuring a complete list of schools in the Nashville area, both public and private.

SELLERS
Don’t let anyone kid you - selling your home with children is not easy! I am keenly aware of the commitment sellers make showing their property with children at home either napping or playing. I will help you prepare your home for market by determining what should remain to best showcase your property, removing clutter until the sale is complete. If your children are still taking naps, I will advocate the scheduling of showings that work best for your family, selling your home in a timely manner with minimal intrusion on your family life and time. Being a parent is a full time job in itself - many of my clients also work full time on top of that. My job as a realtor includes guiding you through the process of preparing your home for market, being engaged and present at the showings, and communicating directly with you often to ensure a smooth selling process. As families grow, so does the need for space. In the past, many of my clients upgraded to larger homes, only to collaborate with me in the future to downsize as the kids head off to college. It is an absolute pleasure to work with families as part of this process, especially when you are able to do it full circle!
